Student Feedback

Understanding the student experience is an important part of the Adobe Authorized Training Partner program. Adobe Authorized Training Partners will move from surveying all Adobe training attendees in your classes to a random survey of students. Our Training Partner program team will work with each partner when selected to participate. By collecting feedback directly from students who attend training with an Adobe Authorized Training Partner, Adobe we will continue to have insight into the student experience.


Each partner will be randomly selected to have their students participate in an Adobe course evaluation survey. Partners can expect to be contacted several times each year to participate. The Adobe Training Partner Team will work with partners to solicit feedback from your students through the Adobe course evaluation survey.

When selected, we will ask you to provide details about the class and your registered students. We will send your students a link to the Adobe course evaluation survey to complete before the end of class.

More frequent participation may be required for the following scenarios:

  • New member of the program
  • Poor feedback from attendees
  • Unsolicited complaint from attendee
  • Part of an audit by Adobe


Each partner may conduct its own student satisfaction surveys as part of managing your business. In these cases, when selected to participate in the random Adobe course evaluation survey, students will receive a second survey.

Training Providers may download a PDF template of the Adobe Certificate of Course Completion. Download the template and complete the following information:

  • Course name and Date of training
  • Student name
  • Instructor name
  • Learning Provider name
